• Reduced customer checkout time by 50% by implementing an address autofill feature using Java EE, JavaScript, and Google Places API, enhancing the user experience in GoTo's service checkout process.
• Drove the adoption phase for migration to the Common Identity Platform, by integrating APIs and refactoring legacy user management code; delivering a high-priority project ahead of schedule in a ambiguous environment.

Mental Health Status Classification
Nov 2024 - Dec 2024
Fine-tuned BERT with optimized training configurations for mental health classification, achieving 92% accuracy and 97% F1 score across 7 categories. Developed a real-time inference web app using Streamlit.
Machine Learning Model Deployment
Jan 2024 - May 2024
Improved a baseline model (accuracy: 67.64% , inference time: 1.28s) through architecture selection and hyperparameter tuning. Trained a Xception model (accuracy-focused: 89.75%, inference time: 1.19s) and a MobileNetV2 model (latency-focused: 86.47%, inference time: 0.05s).
Deployed a highly scalable and available system by experimenting with various Kubernetes configurations. Achieved horizontal scaling and optimized resource efficiency by balancing the accuracy vs. latency trade-off.
H1B Visa Data Visualization

Developed an interactive dashboard by allowing users to hover over a map and click for in-depth insights on H1B visa approvals. Drilled down by USA states, top sponsoring companies, and approval trends over time.
